Blowing bling brings bucks
Hi,
I am Bonnie.
They told me that I could write about any topic I wanted to when I post on this blog. But I will try to keep myself focused on the business of tat’s.
I have blown tats at trade shows for our company, so I have experience as a tat artist. I have worked with the crystal tattoos, the “bling” and the 3-D Body Art kits.
I love to blow tats. I am somewhat creative so I like to be adventurous with the colors. What I enjoy most about blowing tats is the reaction of the customer after I remove the stencil from their skin. Ooo ahh!!!
The crystal tattoos are also something I love. The crystals themselves are so beautiful, the name Swarovski is rock solid quality and I can sell them at such good prices. When I was at the IAAPA show last November in Orlando, I sold a package to a gentleman from Great Brittain. He was so blown away by the quality of the product, he kept saying “Bloody hell, bloody hell, this is the best deal at the show”. He made me laugh.
The “bling” is also Swarovski crystals. These crystals do not have the glue on the back and are made for decorating whatever you want to decorate. I “blinged” my cel phone. While at the airport, my husband, Kirk, needed to use my phone. Two women security guards screamed and ran over to my husband, who was still talking on the phone. They created a big uproar and wanted to know where he got his phone. He just pointed at me while he continued his conversation. I was just relieved he hadn’t gotten into trouble.
I have also worked with the 3-D glitter tattoos. I like the way they look when they are done but they take too much time for me to do them. Kids can take them home and do them on each other. They have more patience than I do.
Right now I am working on a document that may be called The Best of The Forum. I have read through all the threads on the forum and copied and pasted helpful information from the members. Now I am organizing it into sections. My head is swimming with info on tats and everything related to tats.
I’ll be back here next Thursday
Bonnie
