Every day, we at TAT International get calls from people through out the country who are looking for an airbrush tattoo artist. We always refer the caller to the Artist Directory at TatStore.com.

I encourage everyone who is interested in developing their tat business to register on the Artist Directory. Anything you can do to put your business in the public eye will be helpful. Last Summer I talked to a woman who had seen an airbrush tattoo artist at an event and she wanted to book an artist for their county fair. She wanted to talk to the artist when she first saw her but the artist was too busy and she did not want to interrupt her. If you are working at an event you may miss out on getting more business for yourself. People see your set up, they see the crowd and they think how nice it would be to have you at their event but they are too polite to interrupt.

Any one can register for the Artist Directory, it’s free. On the left side of the home page, click on “Artist Directory”. At the top of the next page click on “Add your business to the Artist Directory”. (Also, on the right side of the TAT Store Forum, highlighted in orange, you can click to submit your business to the Artist Directory. Fill out the requested information and click to submit). You will be listed on the Artist Directory within 24 hours.

Now that we are coming into our peak season I encourage you to do all you can do to get your business name out there. Make it a little easier for the customer to find you by registering on the Artist Directory. You may never get a call from anyone but chances are you will and it could be the big event you are hoping for.
