Tat Off Saves the Panel
We recently moved to a new location. Everything is clean, fresh and new. Our new modular work stations give everyone a private “cubicle”. Ahh, life is good!
Thanks to the boss’s generosity, soft drinks are provided to all the workers of TAT International. We keep the cans in a refrigerator in the break “cubicle”. Ahh, refreshing!
I just returned from Sam’s Club with a load of soda pop. I not only go to Sam’s Club and purchase the refreshments; I also stock the refrigerator in our clean, fresh, new break “cubicle”. Yes, I do a lot of important work at TAT International.
As I lifted a six pack of Faygo Red Pop out of the carrier, one can, for some inexplicable reason, fell to the floor. The can broke open and began spinning, spraying Red Pop all over our former clean, fresh, new break “cubicle”. I was truly amazed at how much area a 12 oz. can of pop can cover. Red Pop was all over the floor, of course and all over the chairs, the cabinet, the refrigerator, on the underside of the table and on the sides of our nice new fabric covered Herman Miller panels. Ouch!
As I began the horrendous task of cleaning up the mess all I could think of was how hard it is to get red dye out of fabric. Could I just leave it and hope it would blend? Red Pop and light grey fabric panels do not blend. So much for plan A.
Suddenly, out from the back of the shop, Andria appears with a rag in one hand and a bottle of Tat Off in the other. She dabbed the Tat Off on the numerous red spots and soaked it up with the rag. Tat Off seemed to be working its magic on the Red Pop stains. Of course while the panels were still wet, it was hard to tell if the spots were really gone. We were impatient so Andria got the compressor with the air hose attached and we blew the spots dry. Success! The spots were gone and the panels looked good as new. Ahh, life is good!

Hi,
POP! I love it - Don’t hear it called that anymore. In KY - they call it SODA. I grew up in Iowa - vacationing in WI, Minn, & Mich.
Thought SODA was sissy. But that is all they know here.
