Master Mind

About thirty years ago I read Napoleon Hill’s book, Think and Grow Rich. I thought it was an interesting read.

Unfortunately, like most, I was content with learning. Since I did not act upon what I had learned, the learning had no practical effect on my life.

In the last few years, however, I have acted upon some ideas garnered from Hill’s book with positive results.

More recently, I’ve become interested in his ideas regarding what he called a Master Mind. I have deliberately cultivated my own master mind group. It’s been incredibly helpful.

I’ve come to believe that every business person should be a part of a master mind group because it will have a dramatic, lucrative impact on their business.

I now think I need to help our MVPs form their own master mind groups – see MVP Program link on our home page. My desire to do this was piqued by studying successful Internet business operators.

These multimillionaires attest to the power of the master mind to enhance wealth.

Because I want to help our MVPs build million dollar businesses, I’m thinking I need to help them form and participate in a master mind group. Hill says master minds have been the engine driving nearly all highly successful business people to their fortunes.

What is a Master Mind?

According to Hill, a master mind is somewhat like a support group. The members of the group share the goal of wanting to accumulate money. The master mind gives them the power to do so.
Hill defines a “Master Mind” as: “Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.”

The definite purpose of business people is… Well, you know.

Hill’s little book is still carried in most book stores. You may want to read the eight page section captioned, “The Power of the Master Mind.”

How do you join a master mind group?

You can read Hill’s book and form your own.

You can become a part of our MVP program. When we launch the MVP Master program on November 1 of this year we’ll be setting up master mind groups within the program – see MVP Program.

I hope you’ll not do what I did. I hope you’ll not wait decades before becoming a participant in a master mind group.

I’ve obtained over $100,000 worth of training material over the last two years in anticipation of the launch of our MVP Master program. The creators of much of this training material are themselves wealthy, successful business people. They seem to unanimously attribute much of their own success to their participation in master mind groups.

Next week I’ll discuss the single most important idea that I learned from Hill.
