I liked the info on the up sell. This is one of my fatal errors. I just have to ask, it doesn’t matter if they say no. I actually need to have the mindset that they will refuse, but if they want one, then there is a $1 or $2 extra for me.
If I make a game of seeing how many “no’s” I can get, it will eventually make me money! The biggest thing I need to do is ask!!! It’s not like they can take anything from me, they are already buying a tat. Just because they might say no, the person behind them might really love the crystals and want them. Additionally, when someone in front of them gets a crystal, they are going to want to get one too, cause heck, its only an extra dollar or two and man it looks sharp
I am so thankful to have the new banner! I think its really going to change the way people see the crystals because you just can’t miss them now.

I found the information to be very helpful and informative. It has given me ideas to try out at the fairs and festivals coming up. Any time I can learn how to increase my sales and marketing is a good thing. Keep up the good work Kirk and Tatstore team.
